Deirdre Hudson
With nearly two decades of experience as a top-producing, award-winning talent acquisition executive, Deirdre Hudson established HERS Advisors to promote better diversification and representation in the corporate world. Her extensive expertise spans legal, healthcare, accounting, insurance, real estate, compliance, IT, pharmaceutical, and other industries. A Los Angeles native, Deirdre studied international relations, sociology, and history at the University of California, San Diego, and became bilingual in French during her studies at the University of Grenoble, France. She also earned a professional certificate in management from Boston College. In her free time, Deirdre enjoys international travel, gourmet cooking, hiking, water sports, tennis, and giving back to her community.
Christy Moore
Christy Moore began her career in Dublin, Ireland, focusing on the banking IT sector before transitioning to healthcare IT upon returning to the United States in 2008. She has provided large healthcare organizations with consulting staff for their EMR implementations and has been recognized as “Sales Person of the Year” four times, achieving over $10 million in revenue gains. In 2014, Christy joined Kupplin Worldwide and became a partner within six months. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s degree from University College Dublin, where she met her husband. Outside of work, Christy enjoys training for triathlons, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Together, Deirdre and Christy lead HERS Advisors with a commitment to promoting positive social change in the corporate world by enhancing diverse representation through professional intelligence and emotional intelligence.
